The full technical development is established quickly and in close cooperation with your team.
Manufacturing processes and final product specifications are taken into account during the technical design stage. This allows for efficient production, reduced tooling need, and shorten lead time.
Prototyping and Production Samples
Using 3D printing technology, CNC machine or even full production tooling, SWISS TECHNOLOGY COMPONENTS Technical team provides you with the prototypes and samples you need for executive decision, for design approval and for marketing/sales activities.
Prototyping and sampling are mostly performed in house, allowing for cost effective solutions.
Mass Production
SWISS TECHNOLOGY COMPONENTS manufacturing capacity, and, whenever needed, the support of our suppliers and long lasting partner will support the manufacturing of your products.
Our customer are closely informed about the progress of their orders until full completion and successful testing of their products.
Product review and release for shipment is recommended before protective packaging, as we work hand in hand with our customer.
Logistics & Fulfillment
Upon request, SWISS TECHNOLOGY COMPONENTS can support your logistics:
- Sourcing of supporting items such as gift box, warranty cards, promotional items.
- Receiving of goods, inventory management and warehousing
- Incoming quality checks
- Storage of finished goods, displays and other marketing equipment’s that will be dispatched together with your products.
- Picking and dispatching to your distributiors and even to your single final customer.
- Fulfillment service, with shipping within 24h for orders received before 4pm (working day only).
- Preparation of shipping documents, including Certificate of Origin, etc.
